I also have one more project in the works.

Rem 700 Short Action
AICS 1.5
NF 5.5-22x50
Seekins base and rings
I haven't decided on barrel contour/fluting?
7mm-08

I just received a USMC Return Stock M40A3 current spec build from George @GAP and a USMC Return Stock M40A1 from Randy @RDPrecicion, so projects are limited for a while. I do plan on building something in a long action magnum, but haven't decided where to start yet.

Man you lucked out getting both of those stocks. I was able to get one of the M40A1 stocks and I sent it to GA George to have him build me a rifle in 260 REM.

The only current project I am working on now is a DPMS AR10. I have tried to make it shoot, but no luck. I think I am going to send to George and have him rebarrel it.

Well guess I will join in this topic as well LOL.

I have 2 in works. 1 short distance and 1 that possibly redifines ELR pending bullet performance.

1. 40X repeater with Hart or Kreiger chambered in .308 placed in McRees Modular Stock MIL version with folder attachment and very soon the "AR" attachment for my Magpul PRS. Kepplinger set trigger. Glass undecided being I dont shoot short distance that much lol.

2. Lawton 8000 series single shoot with "special" barrel to test a new .375 projectile from Germany. Placed in McRees Modular Stock MIL version with same options above. USO 3.8 x 22 x 44 with 34mm tube, GAP reticle with metric knob. Kepplinger set trigger.

Thats IT for the year LOL. Conducting this R&D experience is gonna take all my time and funds LOL.

I have an action at George's right now:

700 PSS action, being trued, with the additions of side bolt release, bolt knob, etc...

Badger DM

Adding an 18.5" Bartlien 1-10 barrel, with a Surefire QD Brake/Mount for a Surefire 7.62 Suppressor which is currently at Surgeon Rifles to be transfered.

Manners T2A stock (Terry Cross Adjustable Mod) with Larson Multicam paint job, then I will alternate between shooting it with a NF USASF 3-15X scope and S&B 3-12X.

It's my XM-3 killer set up similar but with the right features for the 21st century.

427 can you tell me more about Gene Williams? I am looking for a good local smith. it will be for my budget build. 308 spsv, manners t4, badger dbm bottom metal, seekins base rings and sling rail, rock bipod, and a falcon metric menace on top. waiting on the last few pieces to show up before it goes to a smith.

Gene is anal, he does all the finish work for S&S, those are the guys that used to work for Speedy, his shop is in his garage, everything is neat and clean, he's more of a benchrest/hunter smith, what I mean by that is, 1/2 moa is not good enough, give him a call 972-734-6699, if you go over there be prepared to talk.
